With all the recent changes dA made, most skins are partially broken even if not dated. So, I'm just doing exactly that myself - fixing all my skins.

That's why this one got a complete overhaul - it's actually more like a new skin than just a simple update; and it's among my most popular ones besides the Halloween skin(s), so it deserved the update.

Yep, I finally figured out how to edit the installable skins, but it's a pain in the a$$ and one can't still change the used images. Plus it would be nice if the code tag would work in the description and one doesn't have to edit the description each time one updates to make it look right.
But the bad: if you have downloadable skins which you don't want anymore (since they're turned into installs), but you don't want to loose the comments and/or would like to show the previous layout, you no longer can change the category like before (I changed the category to just layout before and removed the zip).

tried that too, didn't work. new images means new journal, old images but changes to everything else can be edited. Except you trick dA. If you create a new journal and add div with the images you want to use for the old journal in the code, these are on the dA server and then you should be able to change the whole journal.
