Very peaceful, I think you've caught the feel of the forest well. I wonder, how long did it take? Then again, it's oils, so perhaps it'll be hard to answer...
dang, I miss painting with oils (I should really make an easel and get to it...)

Thank you the painting took about 1&1/2 days - I was able to put it outside now and again to dry off (it's summer here) and didn't put the paint on too thickly - go on, have a go!
