Yea i guess that would be Equestria's way... but then again you can't always have peace. I mean pfffft... who would accept peace with QC after what she had done? It'd be hard... i probably would give her the chance but she would have to pay for it.

Maybe (s)he's saying that because Chrysalis abducted Mi Amore Cadenza, "jailed" her somewhere quite safe, then took her appearance and put Shining Armor under a mind-altering spell, renewing said spell regularly, and fooling everypony, except Twilight Sparkle.
Not to mention Chrysalis seemed quite happy at seeing Canterlot being invaded, its inhabitants on the run or captured by her soldiers/sons and daughters, also subduing the Royal Guardsmembers ?
All of that put together doesn't exactly plead for Chrysalis acting that way out of pure necessity.

Yes but it doesnt make her a tyrant. She simply has no fucks to give about someone she didnt care for in the first place.
A tyrant oppresses their people torturing them and never goes in front line.
I am not saying shes good... I am saying shes not as bad as you think... Aka not a tyrant.

Or the word to be used would be more like something along the lines of ... hmmm ... sworn enemy, or something.

But I still consider her as a sworn, lethal, radical enemy of Equestria and ponykind.

Radical enemy? Wait what? Also... yea i guess she's sorta tyrannical to others. I mean tyrannical would fit if she was ruling them... but frankly i don't think she acknowledges them to the point of subjects to be tyrannical over. Tyrannical would be Sombra... she just puts them to sleep. Kinda more humane if you ask me.
