This was a commission done for 13LeaguesIt was fun to do, because I was given a lot of artistic freedom. I especially liked drawing the tree, because I like drawing twisted things. :'D

This is wonderful!! You are very, very great at drawing landscapes/ backgrounds, etc!!
It reminds me of The Great Wave off Kanagawa - because it is so dynamic and twisted aswell, I guess it has the same design vocabulary/ use of forms! And the choice of coolours is great as always and helps so much in setting the mood.

WOW. Seriously, wow. This is beautiful! You really been belting these out!! This is so different from your usually, but I am really happy to see you experimenting with backgrounds! The way you shaded the clouds, the tree even the flower is so powerful. I love the vibrant color from the color in contrast with the dreary, grey colored background. Fabulous job here!
