Really nothing but slightly improved screenshot from Homeworld 2 game. It is supposed to be Vaygr battlecruiser seen through a window of another Vaygr ship.Related content

Thaks. About the realism, it's just specular bloom -you can try it yourself, select the brightest areas and blur them, than do some basic color correction and you'll see what you get from simple screenshot.
