Description
What I think I may use as the final version of reconstruction for the flores men. One of the hardest things in doing this has been CONSTANTLY taking into account skull shape - I automatically start to draw human proportions, so thus have to be very careful when drawing non-human hominids. For this one, I've been starting every face by drawing a skull, then working overtop of that. For this final design, I spent a lot of time working with more ape-like facial features, but without being blatant about it. I'm pleased with the way it turned out.Oh yeah, and that necklace? Made from the teeth of mufuckin' komodo DRAGONS.

This is very good. You should be proud. I can see the ape features but they're not overpowering and they blend together well with the more human ones. Very good detail too. Wonderful job. Just wonderful. ^^
