A character from Harley Diamond's gang Cardz - Harley's second-in-command, in fact.
Joker is a fun-loving, smart-mouthed, witty woman who's always the first to try new things. However, with a huge ego, bad attitude, immaturity and over-confidence to boot, she's gotten herself into trouble on more than one occasion, and it's a general rule to keep Joker out of the room in any ally gang negotiations.

She's especially a fan of Party Poison, from the Fabulous Killjoys gang, following him around like a puppy whenever the Killjoys show up to formulate plans/negotiate/etc. Harley often jokes "why don't you just join them, then?"

Joker's specialties include pirating BL/i goods, using firearm weapons, and operating any heavy machinery. She's a known pyromaniac, so she's banned from any and all fire-based weapons.

I based her costume partly on Gerard's fashion and some 80's fashion. If you look at her belt buckle really closely, you'll see it's a Joker playing card in the style of Batman's Joker.

I basically tried to shove as much colour in there as I could... she's one of my favourite Killjoy OCs.
I based all the Cardz characters on actual card suites - four members operate one of four groups, or 'suites'. Joker's the leader of the "Wildcard" suite, so that's anyone who doesn't fit into the other suites. Other suites include Black Jack, leader of the Clubs suite, Queenie, leader of the Hearts suite, and Solitaire, leader of the Spades suite. Harley's leader of the Diamond suite, by the way, as well as being in charge of the Suite leaders.

Also...... image comes from Google. Any of you who've followed me for a while will have seen this picture before. I kind of recycled it out of laziness... meh.
I decided to go with a comic-book style layout on this one, just for fun - I've been using it for my HSC Art project, so I've kind of been abusing it at the moment.
