Overview: During the Root of Forever Evil Arc, Kevin Levin's powers has advanced and grown more powerful and stronger than before especially able to absorb and use electrical energy and even alien powers as he is now a mutated yet advanced and stabilized Osmosian Warrior as Warpath.

Details: And now, Kevin has gained his final form like his friends. And unlike Original Series, Ultimate Alien Force, Omniverse especially Kevin 11,000; Kevin will not become a mutated Osmosian Monster with mad powers.

Originally, I did wanted to create the monstrous mutant like any previous versions. But I felt like that was repetitive for me to draw that. I mean we've already seen many of them. Want to create something different and unique. This version is completely inspired by Ink Tank's Version of Kevin Levin's Mutated Form, which looks cool and awesome as well especially combining limited powers and elements together. He is so badass and awesome especially the color of skin when Osmosian advanced and evolved into some stage as Aggregor. O

Voice Actor: Greg Cipes

Personality: Kevin is still a tough and rough bad boy with fighting and shooting first, and ask question later. He is still loyal to his friends and team especially fighting and protecting them from harm. He also will not hesitate to fight to the death, and even making sacrifices, and even absorbing more powers and taking extreme measures, to do so. Though he aligned with good guys, he has some connection with black market and willing to work with other criminals especially his former gang Ravagers, who will provide intelligence and beneficial to him and his team. Whenever he's in his Osmosian, he remained calm, firm and stabile during the fight against his enemies while do not lose his conscience and mind. But depending on how much power he has absorbed, he might go mad and turned into ravaged mutated monster form.

Osmosian Stages:
Basic Stage: In his infant or child stage; Kevin is only allowed to absorb mineral forms such as rocks, metal, wood and ground. However, he is not allowed to absorb electrical or even alien power energy as they're toxic and poison for driving and making him corrupted and mad hunger.

Mid Stage: In his teenage stage, Kevin still continue to rely on absorbing and using mineral powers, but also can obtain and used elemental powers especially electrical energy, but not too much as they're too powerful and toxic for him to use. He can even turned them into weapons to fight the enemies.

Elemental Stage: Kevin can now used both mineral and elemental powers. Like his Mid Stage's, he can also turned his minerals and elemental into weapons. He also can temporary absorb and use alien powers too, but not too much. Not only that, he also mix and match his powers together to fight and deal with the situation.

Advanced Stage: Kevin use both elemental and even alien powers as his weapons. However, his absorption of power is limited for 20 minutes. His mineral power can turn into various weapons, combined together with his absorbed alien powers to fight and engage his enemies.

Powered-up Stage: Now mastering both mineral, elementals as well as gaining some of alien powers; Kevin can combine and mutated into his stronger mutated Osmosian Alien Form with various kind of weapons and powers. He can fight and engage the enemies. However, his limited use of power is 11 of them to mix and match together. This power is his true form.

Mutant Mad Stage: Should Kevin ever absorbed too much of power and elementals, it will not only mutated and turned him into his monstrous Osmosian Mutant Form, but also driven him mad and crazy as he won't tell the difference between right and wrong, or even his own allies and enemies. A dangerous and terrifying form that no Osmosian dare to enter.
