Decided to make a Portal wallpaper for my desktop, and it turned out much nicer than I thought
Thought I would share it.
Alright, final edit: I have uploaded the 1920x1200 version of this wallpaper... if you want it in a different size, you'll have to take this one and resize it... it is the largest size I made. I'm not taking wallpaper size requests anymore, just got too damn hectic trying to get every size distributed!
And baro, stop taunting us all with your wallpaper packs.

hmm. Maybe because I build this up from scratch, brushed the portals, and made the figure out of different shapes.

You don't even have any artwork submitted!! And it STILL isn't your business. Let's even say I did steal this picture (when I didn't anyways, but JUST for argument's sake) You say it is your business. The plain and simple fact is that you are attempting (badly, too...) to actually go about making this your business.
But since you won't lay off here, how about a nice message:
"I, Scott Stedman, hereby declare that this image was inspired by Valve software. I also understand that certain people running about the internet might find fault in the fact that I have not immediately credited valve for this (even though they had no part in the creation of this image), and I have, in my best interest, rectified this situation by placing a nice big notice in the comments section that tells the world of my wrongdoing. By this, I am absolved."
Or am I? I guess at this point only time and your response will tell.

This is a great desktop! Twelve second after I saw it it was on my screen, and that's the first time I've ever allowed something I didn't make to be my desktop! (A weird habit I have.)

I just searched in "Portal" to see if I could find an awesome Portal-related background that was clean and simple (like the Aperture Science Enrichment Center! ^_^), and this did the trick.

If you're still doing the other resolutions, could I get a 1680x1050 version?
Either released as part of a pack or just individually.
It works well enough stretched for 1280x1024, but that res is just a little bit too far for it.
