Rainbow Dash finds your lack of speed disturbing.

Do you mind if I make a base out of this?
I'll credit you.

Ditto with the other comments, this is a fantastic first attempt. I can see white between the top mane and the ear, but this is great.

This looks pretty good for a first vector! Your lines are certainly much smoother than my first attempts. I think some lines are a bit uneven but that'll come with experience. I'd also advise against using Photoshop for vectoring, as enticing as it might be. Photoshop lacks a lot of useful features that Illustrator or Inkscape (or better yet Ponyscape) have.

Thanks
And what features are they? I just looked at Ponyscape and most of it is greek to me...

One of the biggest features of both Illustrator and Ponyscape is the ability to use strokes with fixed or variable widths, that makes making pony outlines MUCH less tiresome and much more clean. Here's a tutorial about them in Ponyscape.
In addition, each of those programs displays your work in a vector form and have much lower file sizes. (you can zoom in as much as you want to make tiny adjustments without it getting pixelly like in Photoshop)
There are many other advanced features that these programs offer. I'm sure the Tutorials section of #MLP-VectorClub can help you out with whichever one you choose.

There are some small issues, but honestly its really good, especially for a first vector. If you stick with it you're going to be fantastic.

Thanks
I already noticed some issues with the eyes, but I won't correct them.
I will just take what I've learned from this to my next vector^^
