I’ve been practicing animal anatomy for quite some time now, but whenever I learn a new muscle I always start by learning the human anatomy first, since there are so many parallels. I decided to take a step back and do some reference studies, because there are so many f****** arm-muscles that I tend to forget some them.

This is just a study and not intended as a reference sheet for other artist (I mean you can use it, but I can’t guarantee that everything is correct so use it at your own risk).

He has an entire playlist full of educational videos, where he explains every important muscle. (He also provides free reference photos for most of them.)
