Even wizards can't get away from post office paperwork. Based on the design work Minalima did on the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts films, I created a Parcel Declaration form issued by the Central Owl Post Authority of North America (established by MACUSA, though independently managed), to be filled out when mailing articles of a magical nature. Don't forget to use green ink!MACUSA's paperwork aesthetic sure hasn't changed in the past 100 years.
Free for personal, non-commerical use. Please do not sell this or use in conjunction with anything that makes money.
