Ever wanted to send some Owl Post with "official" paperwork? Now you can, with PraeclarusWands' Owl Post Parcel Declaration Form! I decided to make this when I thought about how Owl Post would actually work, since I use it to decorate my wand packages when I ship them out. Wizards and witches who use the Owl Post Office's owls instead of their own would fill this form out before sending their parcel so that the Post Office knows they're not sending anything dangerous that would harm their owls or someone else. Feel free to print this and use it for your own "Owl Post" shipments.

**I also have a white background version if you'd like to print it on parchment or something; email me at praeclarus.wandmaker(at)gmail(dot)com and I'll send you the file.**
