Yes, there is a car in the picture. Alex is using it to warm-up those huge muscles before his next big lift!
Interesting side note - I reused the file from the "Alex's Car Lift" series. His muscles are >exaclty< the same size as they've been in all his photos. It's amazing what motion does to your perception of things!
