Nice work! Love the little details, like the waves in that ocean, the contrast between this guys shiny scales and tattered clothing, and the fact the terrorists are "faceless", or have blurred out faces.
I have to ask, though: is this guy just a mutant crocodile, hired to fight terrorists, or is he a regular soldier that was mutated into this by said terrorists, but he managed to keep from being their tool, and nowvhe's out for revenge against those that did this to him? (Yeah, I'm slightly bored, if you could'nt tell XD)

He is a mutated soldier I believe. The guy who comissioned this picture is a soldier and crocodile is their logo ^^

Oh, I just woke up, and realized its one of my days I'm off from college, not to mention I'm caught up on homework. It also does'nt help that I just woke up. XD
Also, thats awesome! This reminds me of a friend of mine who is also in the military, as a loadmaster, I think his squad's emblem is also a gator. ^_^

What is even happening.
Well... The limited palette and background details are nice, anyway.

From Urban Dictionary:
YAT-YAS
Common phrase used by U.S. Marines with the military occupational specialty of 1833 (assault amphibious vehicle crewman) or 2141 (assault amphibious vehicle repairman) to explain to the world how they feel about other U.S. Marine occupations. The phrase "YAT-YAS" translates to "You aint tracks then you aint shit".
PFC: "Good morning Gunny."Β
GySgt: "YAT-YAS Devil Dog, how are you?"

One is MK19 and the second is machinegun 50 cal (?) I really don't know guns. That 50 has scope and bipod taken off. It's because guy who comissioned it fights with that kind of guns, he is marine.

I recognized the Mk. 19 AGL.
I'm 99% certain that the one on the left was made with DrNoob's PimpMyGun.
It's not any real .50 I've ever heard of, and I know about .50s that aren't even in Wikipedia or Worldguns.ru.
