I'm not sure if you want critique but in your female aging process all of the women have thigh gap and the men have 2 and huge thighs. I understand 'artistic license' and everything but media is not consumed in a vacuum. Basically if women/girls see that in order to be 'normal' or 'beautiful' you have to be rake thin then it sets up to support self-deprecation and body shaming.

I have all the problems with the male depicted here (I agree completely with your comments on biology and dem thighs, like holy crap) but I mostly wanted to comment on the comparison rather then the style.

I completely agree with your comment but I am personally more concerned by how completely unrealistic the male examples here are. Many, many men at thirty--at their healthiest- have the body types shown at either 12 or 70 in this illustration. It is shaming male bodies by comparing them to either a child or an elderly person for having a normal physique for a male. A lot of men have eating disorders and hurt themselves trying to work out enough to meet expectations like these.
I think this should be named something more like "super muscular aging potential chart" and not "male aging" because this is not an example of age, but of the implausible physical extremes of training. Aside from that, it also teaches artist that this is what their 30 year old male characters have to look like. And saying that this is an example to help people draw age and not specifically muscles is frustrating. This is not an age chart.
