I stopped growing around 18(I think), now I'm shrinking and I'm only 26 lol tallest I've been was 5'5", I'm now a little under 5'4"

That's probably due to one of three things if not both.
1: your posture has possibly changed
2: you might of measured in the morning then in the night (people are shorter in the night)
3: you've been measured wrong each and every time and your actually 6.2"

Mostly likely girls stop aging mostly around the age of 18. its common for that, but as what Delaving said its possibly to grow until age 25 but its a rare chance.

Actually, it's possible to grow in height until about the age of 25

As others have said the anatomy is a bit wonky.. The easiest way to tell us by the bones which doesn't shrink as it does in your characters aging. Apart from that, you did a great job with this.
