Love it! Just wondering, how did you do the shading? And what tool are you using?

That bottom one would make a great video game monster, IMO.

The top one would probably make a good alien cow (AKA target practice).

great work) How did you make this old-paper effect, if it`s not a secret?

Simple - Put the sketch on a seperate layer (not the "backround layer), then convert that layer to "multiply" mode.
Then create a NEW layer and place an image of an old piece of paper on it...Then take the "old paper layer" and place it under the "sketch" layer....That's it.

ROFL Now I know who the artist is who drew this concept that I've seen floating around the internet like wild fire.
Personally, I like your design a lot more. The movie adaption is just so... cuddle worthy and adorable. I found it hard to be afraid of it at all. :[ The head design for your monster I find a lot more appealing, more jagged and rough and aggressive looking. It's more rancor.
Damn... I want a Cloverfield monster plushie now.

Haha, yeah, I saw the bottom one as being fan art for cloverfield too. Here's to hoping you're the one who actually did it.
