The fantastic Tony Shalhoub who plays Adrian Monk. God, the man is sexy. Why? I don't know.
This is the first portrait I've done with which I am completely happy. I told myself that, for this one, I would not settle for anything less than I wanted.
I'm actually really surprised how the hair turned out considering no tutorial exists on how to do short curly hair.
I was thinking of turning this into a wallpaper for myself. Anyone want one? If so, I plan on doing wide-screen, dual monitor (duh) and regular resolution. Let me know if you want a different background style for it.

Holy crud I love it. Monk is one of the best shows on tv, and Tony Shalhoub is one of the best actors in the history of... ever. One minute he can make me fall off my chair laughing, and he brings tears to my eyes the next. Plus, look at him. What in the heck is it about him that's so inexplicably attractive?
Oops, I've said too much. But this really is amazing. The attention to detail is nothing short of staggering. And the eyes are just... wow. They look ALIVE. I am totally jealous of your talent. It must be a gift... and a curse.

And what's attractive about him? I wondered that too but I think I've got it: his eyes. He looks like a puppy. Maybe I'm just weird.

Yep, it's still on. In fact, this friday is the 100th episode so practically every guest star is on there. No, it's still on and going strong. On USA.

Yeah, I'd recommend watching some on the computer, then if you like it, I'll send you the rest (as I get them). It's always better watching something on a cozy sofa in front of a big TV than in a computer chair in front of a seventeen inch monitor.

I agree -- it's much more enjoyable when you can relax and enjoy. I wonder if there's a way to hook your computer and television up so what plays on your computer will play on your television? I imagine that somewhere out there, someone's had the same idea.
