You can change whether the comments are disabled or not in the publishing options near the bottom of the submit page. If that's not what you're talking about, I don't know how to help.
Also, this is very cute, and I like the 3D effect the blur near the top of the drawing caused!

yeah, but for some reason, it keeps making the "comments disabled" as a default setting, that's why whenever I post something and forgot to change it, the comments will be disabled until i noticed it again >.<
