Description

Ananke was the second strongest Protogenos, second only to Tartarus. Representing inevitability, fate, and circumstance, Ananke wields the powers to manipulate destiny and the very fabric of life itself. It possesses the Emerald of Moirai, one of the Elder Paragons that is apart of its soul and acts as a direct connection to its power. When Tartarus’ power became uncontrollable, Ananke was able to seal him away within the Earth’s crust; doing so caused the Emerald to be separated from its being. This was at a time where Ananke was in its prime and, since losing its source of strength, has become withered and old. However, when reunited with its Elder Paragon, Ananke’s power is restored.

I wanted to really emphasize the withered and old appearance on Ananke with these colors. It was originally going to be all green, but I realized that would look too bland so I think the final product looks much better. A blend of brown and different shades of green really does the whole form justice.
