Inspired by: Zack Hemsey - "Redemption (One Chance)"www.youtube.com/watch?v=w90asE…I am going to say this for the last time and in a journal entry as well. this picture was created with [[[[[[[GMOD]]]]]]], I never use SFM and I probably don't plan to. Yes, there is a difference. Also for those asking, yes. Most of the detailing and you see on this picture is [[[hand drawn on tablet]]].
It's been about 10 or so days since I've uploaded, and it was worth every minute. This image literally threw off my sleep cycle, the amount of time i'm now starting to put into these is quite a lot. I have so much to do and such little time. I'll try and get more done soon, but for now I bring you possibly the best Trixie picture I have ever made.

By the way, I know that feeling. I've just started getting people thinking my picture where SFM, currently counting 4 thus far. Don't really undestand how the difference isn't noticed, as when I see a SFM picture I notice it.

There's two ways I can tell the difference.
1. The Saturation.
2. The Shadowing and Lighting (Usually better than GMOD by default)
With SFM pictures, the colors look very "Cartoon-ish" and a big too much in my opinion, that's why I use GMOD, to give it realism in colors while trying to get that sweet spot that it needs. Once you find that sweet spot, you have found pure beauty in the picture, that gives it that ultra level of grace and magnificence.
Now I'm not saying that SFM pictures look bad, not anything like that. In fact, some pictures I've seen look very great to perfection with that right balance. It's just a matter of "What you are trying to do" and what you prefer.

Agree, SFM are pretty good looking. I've seem some great art pieces from some artists. Tho, I personally perfer Gmod. It's something I've gotten used to using it. And when I am on gmod, I tend to get inspired on some maps and get something neat done, and scenebuilding has also become a fun thing to do.
I haven't been able to make as many as before due to college, and I certainly have been using more oc's than cannon as well for the few I've done. I also have reached a milestone, gotta do something about that later on.
