Well the only thing you can technically be done for is the code not the artwork, so if you even if you had css control, you may have to redo a lot of it to make it seem like your own code. Artwork on the other hand is never copyrighted in the same way but has intellectual property rights. So as web designers, our code is the only thing that shows its ours

Oh yeah thats developed to be open for the users of myspace so its still under myspace's control and still in their own code. It works very similar to DA's journal CSS, even though the code inside the journal would technically be ours as authros its still owned by DA. Had similar trouble with this in college, if you made something in your assingments it belongs to college, but now im in uni, any web design or animations I make is mine, which is great for our developers (just realised i went a little off topic lol)
