Fun fact: Dandy is the word used in the 1800's to describe one who over dresses and the name is a double meaning because of her elegance , and her dandelion like appearance. And of course she's fluffy.

Personality: Dorky but elegant, fun yet mischievous, daring and invasive, show off while a ham.
Background: Growing up she really admired heroes in the grotto. Dandy wanted to be like them and in her own fun way. However there was some mocking, shes small for a Wysp so it seemed unlikely that she could strive to be something so magnanimous. Showing off in a goofy way became her way of getting the others to accept her. She enjoys others company but can also be alone. But an extremely crowded situation or being alone for too long will drive her mad. Above all she loves to dance and eat sweet things, berries and sugar.

Sugar Moon caught her eyeing his niche and chastised Dandy. She since has been pulling harmless pranks and making him try to laugh. Sugar Moon puts up with Dandy because he cant get rid of her. Secretly though he doesn't mind her, he finds her amusing.
