you can:
- use for adopts/commissions/ychs/personal use (sell for points/money/etc is okay!)
- alter the lines
- move the signature around
you cannot:
- remove the signature
- repost this base unused
- claim the art as your own
you get:
- psd version (layers)
- sai version (layers)
- transparent lines (not compatible with MSPaint)
There is no MSPaint version (pixelated lines!)

ahh I appreciate you apologizing! it's important to know not to trace things or claim them as your own
I do know that a lot of starting or younger artists trace and keep the files or pictures to themselves so they can improve, though, which I can understand to an extent c:
