Oh gawd, this took forever. I can say that this is my best water effect to date!
The tail and the mane turned out nice. I had spent the week getting caught up on some tutorial reading, so this is the combination of about 10 water tutorials, and about 3 general manipulation tutorials, and about 5 hair tutorials...~Credit
