Sorry I suck at descriptions right now (/always). But I really liked working on this pic and tried a few new techniques..

Soooooooo so so so sorry it took me forever to comment on this! A thousand apologies! Had a lot going on for a while there, but things have calmed down now since my summer break just started. Annnyways, I'm rambling. Onto your art! This is so lovely p-k, simply beautiful! I already mentioned this on my tumblr, but I'll say it here too. You have a really wonderful art style, and you have an impressive grasp on how to combine the human and feline aspects of Jellicles in the most aesthetically pleasing way, in my opinion.

TBH, I have drawn CATS characters since I was 13 (ok I haven't drawn them like everyday or even every year, but the musical has somehow stayed with me all these years), so I have had plenty of practice to experiment and develop my style to the point it is now. And it's still evolving.
I use a program called Paint Tool Sai. I love the brushes there, it has really good pen pressure, that makes the lines very paint like. If the lines are completely even, it makes the result not so life-like.. Sorry I can't explain this very well :''D I like drawing fur.
Haha glad you like the Ace of Hearts, I was thinking if it was on the border of being too obvious, but I liked the idea if it was cheesy, so I kept it
