Sketch for my new WIP. It's been long I don't draw Itachi, so I thought about correcting that. I think the last time I did it was in 2008, with the deviation "Bloody Tears", when I first saw his death (on the manga). Now I've watched it on the anime I've been dying to draw him again.

Ok, the concept about this one might not be very clear but I'll try to explain. When the village elders made him choose between Uchiha Clan and Konoha it was almost like forcing Itachi to put both of them on the scales and see what weighted more for him. In the end, as we saw, Konoha won and he slayed his clan.

The image is inspired by Iustitia, the goddess of Justice, who holds a pair of scales and a sword, her eyes covered (as justice has to be impartial).

In this case he's holding the tanto towards the Uchiha symbol, as he was forced not to be impartial as Iustitia, but to choose and betray.

This idea is still in progress, so I haven't set everything yet. I'm still in doubt about how he should be holding the tanto with his left hand, if he should be blindfolded like Iustitia, if he should be crying blood like as in "Bloody Tears", if he should be griping the tanto's blade to show sacrifice.

I could use some help in deciding that if anyone would like 'to be my light'. xDDD
