Window Resizer.It's a program I made for personal use, and figured to release it.
You just type in the width, height, X position, and Y position into the popup box, and it changes the last selected window to match your settings.
Some virus scanners might pick the program up as a virus, it's a false positive. Same as the last ones.

The base concept is to change all the icons into blank icons in shell32.dll number 52.
