Hey, just thought y'all might like to see some inked work, pre-colour.I also thought it might be cool to post up a progression shot from layout sketch to final illustration; let me know if any of you would be interested in something like that.
So this is another pic from the Big Bible Challenge that I drew quite a few years ago now, but I keep digging back into it and posting art from it, because I think it's some of the best stuff I've done, although far from perfect. This is a montage of various scenes from the New Testament Book of Acts. Can you recognise each scene? I spent a LOT of time detailing clothing and hair on this one! It's a low res scan but you can still zoom in a bit and peek at the details. Oh, and figuring out the buildings took me ages too, I struggle with getting perspective right!
