I took that picture because I needed a reference for hands; I was drawing Mannimarco from Elder Scrolls Online/Daggerfall/Oblivion (I used to run a roleplay/ask blog for the character on Tumblr and did all my own art)

it does look like it could help a ton with drawing that hand position
i have no idea who that is but i do know what elderscrolls is (played oblivion and got scared and didn't play it again and i payed skyrim and got further in it)

Mannimarco is a Lich, and he's both King and God of Necromancy (As of the Game "Daggerfall" time split and created an instance of him where he ascended to godhood and one that did not)
