Oh Thane, why where you so epic? Yes, my first playthrough Thane died...so I restarted the level and made him live (;My Second Shepard had a romance with Thane, because assassins are bad ass.

God getting all the crewmates to survive is a pain in the ass. I get all the upgrades, keep everyone loyal, and choose all the right people for team leader and tech expert but Everytime someone is dead in the final escape sequence, usually Mordin.

The way to keep Mordin alive is to have him escort the crew back to the ship

Oh yeah, definitely. Its even worse when your game decides to glitch out and make you restart the mission completely over whenever you die -_- I was ready to grab my xbox and throw it across the room.
