Found this very simple and extremely useful. I've a current problem with this process at the moment.

A question though, when you draw/sketch, do you use plain paper and overlay to a grid page or do you sketch straight onto grid paper?

overlay to a grid. but it doesnt matter if u draw straight onto grid, at last u have to delete them..
