Wonder who she's thinking about...?
Just thought I'd post a sketch that I'm working on (this was done without aid of a computer line art program) as people were intrigued as to what my work looks like 'naturally' so I thought I'd post this up to answer some of my watchers' questions.
It's not yet completed (I mean look at those hands and the background!), I just wanted to draw Sally... so I did, this is actually the kind of work/shading you could expect to see in the comic I plan on drawing some time.
I know haters gonna' hate, but I like Sally sooo... yeah. <3
I'd love to get critique and feedback on this as well, please note 'WIP' does mean 'Work In Progress' so it's not the final picture, it's just a little fun I was having trying out shading techniques that my friends had offered. I'm aware the hands and feet need a lot of work still. :3

Ahh I think she looks perfect. Tbh Sally gets too much hate, like idk why. They must be jealous because she's naked and a princess. B( But you drew her so lovely here dear, I love your art. <33 The shading looks really great as well.

I know what you mean, I know Sally can be annoying and go against the reader's 'wish' in certain parts, but to me that's what makes her a realistic character! I like how they make her sometimes make mistakes, and over react. But she's clever, charming and beautiful so I honestly can't see why she has so many haters...

I think a lot of the hate comes from the way Archie Sonic reacts, as he's... well, in my opinion, not the same as Game Sonic in terms of character or reactions. So they often think he's 'weak' around Sally and all that jazz...

Ah Sally get hate because mostly she dated sonic and by the rule of fandom any female who get the main hedgehog is an enemy of ever yaoi / x parrining fantasy out there and must be hated . same with like Tifa and what not lol

I know, I like Sonic and Sally pairing personally but can also see the downsides to it as well. xD I think the groups associated to hating the pair are a bit silly though, after all at the end of the day both characters are not real, and each series has their own 'canon' elements that should be respected. <3 I like Sally, even with her flaws.

Β if you look at any like fandom with a large number of woman there like fanatical culus devoted to one female characterΒ andΒ hate or depise anothers lol.. usually related to romances and love trianglesΒ Tifa and Aeris WarsΒ . etc
