**Still working on catching up on my daily shots, maybe soon I'll get back to submitting images daily**The weather finally turned in our favor after a very mild, very wet summer so far, and lucky for us we were able to enjoy it at my parent's pool!! I'm no huge fan of the overly tanned look, but you can't beat the health benefits of a little (spf protected) sun exposure every now and then!! Felt so nice!!

Hey Angela, did ya know that you don't get Vitamin D if you have sunscreen on!!! When I last visited the doctor they were saying it's a big debate at the moment because so many people are vitamin D deficient because the only sun exposure they get is with sunscreen on!

I usually put sunscreen on before I go out for the day, then wait several hours before reapplying, even after swimming... So I still get some sun, without as much protection... plus with our hour-each-way commute, me and my muscle man get plenty of sun through the car windows every day

Ah yes the good old "car arm"!!! Gotta love it when one arm is so much more tanned than the other - without trying (actually come to think of it if you were trying to do that, that'd just be weird!!)!!! OK I'm shutting up now
