Merry Christmas!! It's that time of year again when I get all dolled up for my annual Slave Leia Christmas photo-shoot, started a few years back by Justin and I
for the metal bikini website ( leiasmetalbikini.com )Well I just had to keep the tradition going, so I decided this year since I was in a new location (the past pictures had always been at Justin's place) I thought I'd doll up the apartment all Christmas-Kitchy backdrop style the cheap way, so up went some gift wrap, and faux snow, and then the fun began!! This was definately a very fun shoot, and a great (if messy, stupid fake snow
) way to kick off the Christmas season! I've got a few more to edit, and I've got some of my roommate too, who decided to get in on the Star Wars Christmas photo loop in her Padme Snow Bunny costume!!

i read a review today in people magazine about Carrie Fisher's autobiography. It is apparently very good and sheds alot of light on Star Wars mythos. I'm thinking about asking for it for christmas.

i flipped through Drinking and she says its a full fledged memoir detailing growing up with Liz Taylor and going through the early 90s. a couple times she says Lucas both blessed her and ruined her.
ill definitely check out Postcards- the wikipedia site made it sound pretty good. says her 2004 book Best Aweful is a direct sequel. I'm definitely checking it out.
real quick- Do you like Kevin Smith movies? His newest movie Zack and miri Make A Porno has the most twisted star wars parody i've ever seen.

That faux stuff can me messy! I used to do Christmas tree recycling as a kid for a fundraiser for camp. Trees that had been fauxed were so messy and a pain to pick up lol. Well framed picture to! nice work

this stuff is like shredded plastic bags and little styrofoam bits, so basically all those little sticky things that cling to you, all rolled up together
