I would use it kill criminals but what I would be using it for is to destroy cancer and other diseases or as close to 100 percent as possible, still need a way to kill other than heart attacks and accidents. Example I take one doctor who is working on lets say lung caner and I write down he dies in 23 days in a car accident after making progress in curing lung caner by three percent then I do the same thing to the next one.
