"Dixie believes that she is the only naturally born half-breed in the world. She controls water and wind, but when she wields the holy blade Evangeline, she gains control over the ice and light elements. She is the chosen hero of the Goddess Aurora, the Anointed One. She rejects her destiny though, fully believing that she shouldn't have to be told or railroaded to do good but to just do it. She battles endlessly with her sworn enemy Hana Akitoki and will do everything in her power to stop her, even if it means surrendering herself to her psychotic Phase Powers. She has many emotional issues stemming from her childhood of being bullied, her grandmother's death, the loss of her foster parents, and her mind splitting Phase Powers, but she refuses to let it affect her. She believes that sitting around, crying about the bad parts of her life won't make them go away, bring back the dead, or help her save lives. She keeps it all to herself and presses forward, a lesson that her teacher and idol Chihana Shiryu told her to adhere to strictly."

This is one of her strongest abilites as a teen; Winter's Requiem. She freezes everything around her and any enemies caught in the attack are frozen from the inside out. Depending on how much energy she puts into the attack, she will spout wings that appear to look real, but are actually wings of clear ice. If the wings sprout, Dixie put maximum power into it.
