So this morning... I got a comment about weaponary.Mostly on how swords and medival weapons are rather obsolete in a Sci Fi universe and light sabers and shock blades would be a much better choice.
To all their own, but I don't agree on it... especially a light saber. As much as it would be fun to wield it... It be a useless weapon in making people suffer... plus the moment you cut off an arm it seals the wound too... So no blood so you can't watch your victim... or opponent bleed to death.
It then got me thinking on other objects... you could totes make as weapons...
Like everyday objects that could easily be used for a weapon, Books..., plates, kitchen knives... Hell I use my mechanical pencils as weapons you just gotta learn where to aim to make it effective.

You're right, Β almost anything has the potential to be a weapon ( or a....well n/m ). Specially when wielded by expert hands! Besides you should always be flexible and be prepared to do and use anything to survive and if that means using a chancla to beat someone to death...then so be it.

took a martial arts class. Tehy're covered in soft padding which is annoying but I could probably take the padding off if I chose to.

I like old timelike weapons in sci fi. Β You can make them look cool and advanced.
I have to say though my favorite weapons are scythes, sickles (i think thats the spelling) and flails

The horns is due to it being the year of the Ram on the Chinese New year. Which is the year I was born in... so for the entire 2015 I'll be showing some Ram horns on my Sona
