Description
Submitted by Tardigrade34Niche: They come in a variety of shapes and sizes but are mostly filter feeders but there are some species that grow to be far larger and predatory.
Description: They have filler-feeding bristles along most of their arm's feeds, but lots of species have been known to adapt one of their feeding arms into a photosynthetic disk structure. They are structurally supported by a series of microscopic hexagonal copper plates that some species have also specialized to defend themselves. Their reproduction can be different depending on the species, most produce spores that either get carried by the water currents or wind, and some land-dwelling species have even found success producing fruit to carry off their young
