I think I've seen a couple of those "tickle torture" drawings... Now, their true weakness is revealed.
The sides are the most ticklish spot on a human, but I figured the under-wings would be pretty sensitive as well, and birds like to have their cheeks scratched, so they're probably a little ticklish there too.
The victim in this perticular drawing is a Black Headed Caique.
