Description
A sub-Gundam class mobile suit created under "Project Artimis". The only weapon currently operating on the X-004 are a pair of variable-range static-capacitated mass drivers. A pair of static-electrical capacitors are capable of creating and maintaining an enormous potential difference, propelling a tungsten spike up to 5000 m/s up to 3 miles. The bow-like enertia couplers ossilate at the exact frequency of the mass driver, completely eliminating recoil, making this the most accurate long-range weapon in both the NeoEarth and UN arsenal. At close range, the capacitors can push and retract the tungsten spikes with a slightly reduced velocity of 3500 m/s, making the weapon deadly in both close and ranged combat. A planned upgrade with install an auto-loading mechanism into the shoulder mounting, increasing the number of shots from 4 rounds to 10.
