Oilman from megaman powered up,one of my favorite characters too.the 1st one is his colors in the japan version.
the 2nd are his colors in the US/UK version.

Even though oilman's design probably wasn't referencing black people at all, this is still embarrassing. Mainly because no one even cares weather or not he looks "racist".

Jynx pokemon- was based of a japanese legend an dprooved to be, aswella s the fad also sororunding her origins. and because someone didnt do research it got turned into a racial joke.
Oilman megaman powered up- HOW IN TH EHELL IS IT EVEN RACIST!? he's OIL man he's ofcours egunna hav ebalck in his color schyeme, and since his head is a drop of oil, they needed to make his lips stand out, THEY ARENT EVEN RED. if anything the fact that naybody thought it WAS racist is being racist themselves.
hell the fact naybody even remembers what blackface is is dumb in my opinion.... they shoudl stop caring about it possibly being that when it probably isn't, and MAYBE, JUUUST MAYBE it will be forgotten for ocne.

Oil Man is one of my favorite characters, too.
But I'm kind of sick of people calling him a racist just because of his japanese color design. And, yes, I know why people are calling him that. But its kind of getting on my nerves that people still think he is.

I don't really think he's very racist looking. I mean yeah it's KINDA like blackface, but his head's shaped like an oil drop. Plus the intent wasn't to be racially offensive, so it doesn't matter.
