Hilarious! I love their faces and I agree with you. Of all the non-canon pairings, Snarry is the one that truly makes me queasy.

My sentiments exactly!
I have no objection to slash in general, but Snarry? When Harry is forty and Snape is sixty, it will STILL be pedophilia.
P.S. I love Snape's magnificent hooked nose.

I'm not sure how it would pedophillia but I still find it creepy. Snape knew Harry since he was a child, why would be sexually attracted to him? I like seeing Snape be like a father or mentor to Harry (even if it seems out of character, just a difference in Harry interpretation and understanding of Snape would've probably changed things drastically. Some therapy for Snape could've really helped too.)

It's a comment on Harry's perpetual immaturity. Theoretically the Potter saga is a coming-of-age story, but Harry at seventeen is not all that different from Harry at eleven. The one who comes of age, when viewed from the perspective of his entire character arc, is Snape. Severus Snape may not be the picture of emotional maturity, but he learns the hard way to take responsibility for his mistakes and to make atonement for what he does wrong, while Harry is still getting a free ride morally. Gallant Crucio, anyone? Snape is not a pleasant adult, but he's an adult, while Harry remains an unpleasant child. If you don't grow up during your own bildungsroman, you never will.

Actually, much of how Harry acts and thinks is fairly accurate to how teens think and behave. I think Harry can be rather self-centeredΒ but this common among teens, it's called adolescent egocentrism, they focus on themselves and often don't consider others perspective, This self-centeredness is partly why Harry acts the way he does and one of his greatest flaws. Harry's tendency not to think before he acts is also a common characteristic of teens and young adults, it's because the prefrontal cortex, which is responsible for impulse control isn't completely developed until about 25. If you compare Harry's character to most teens, he's pretty believable. He wasn't an unpleasant child either, he's a pretty decent kid, especially for being abused and neglected, as a teen though he could be very unpleasant.Β From what I can tell from the epilogue, Harry's matured quite a bit, he considers Snape "the bravest man he ever met", which shows at the very least, that he's gained a lot of respect for Snape, he also lost his prejudice of Slytherin, two very big changes.Β
Harry's lucky he's never made any horrible mistakes that he'd deeply regret. He's made plenty of mistakes but most of them are fairly minor in the grand scheme of things. Even when he almost killed Draco by stupidly using a spell he didn't fully understand, Snape was able to heal him. As for the crucio spell in book 7, I think the point of that was to show the increased control Voldemort had on him.Β I think one of the main reasons Harry never did anything too horrible was that Snape was so hard on him. The older Harry got, the more twisted and corrupt he got, I think Snape knew this and was trying to stop him before it was too late. Harry didn't have to go through the pain, suffering, and guilt that Snape had to go through because Snape intervened.Β

XD Ah, I love this! The only part that doesn't seem right is Harry. Idk he looks too...stocky? Kinda reminds me of Krum a bit. But other than that it's awesome. The expressions (especially Snape's hehehe), the clothes/details, and the colours are off the hizzook! Ok, I'll shut up now lol
