Since working on Dogstar, I've found a lot of my art habits have rather gone down the toilet... regular lifedrawing being one of them. It's partially my fault. If it's important, then I should find the time. Which I did this morning by pedalling off to the zoo for some sketching. I had the reptile house specifically in mind. No, the giraffe wasn't in the reptile house. I think I was there for a couple of hours, at which point the crowds and screaming kids wore me down and I fled.
Since changing over to Windows Shit 7, I've found all sorts of problems arising with my peripherals, so despite updating my scanner driver, the bastard thing still doesn't work, so I had to photograph my sketches and comp them dodgily together.
