My god, I wish the makers of KH did flashbacks like this too~ It would tell Sora of where they all came from, what their lives were like before their world was taken by the darkness. Oh well, there's always the slightest chance the next KH installment will do that..

I feel like Square Enix kind of glossed over that on purpose...possibly because they didn't want to think too hard. XD I mean, they've had to integrate different FF characters before in games like Itadaki Street, so...I dunno. It's hard to tell if they left things up to us fans because they wanted too or they were just too lazy.
I'm not complaining too much, though, because it lets me use my imagination.

I acually have to remind myself to make him smile every now and then. XD Fandom makes me forget that Leon is not Squall, if you know what I mean. I honestly get shocked when I go back and play my KH II game, because it's like "He's not emo? What? ...oh. Right."

I love both games for different reasons...I can't actually decide which I like better. KH 1 had better puzzles, at least.

I like KHII for the RikuxSoraxKairi, Crack Org XIII, the AWESOME teamwork scene in the Great Maw <--- sucker for teamwork themes and the various In game improvements (like the awesome SelectCamera, SuperGlide, etc)
I like KHI, because there is DODGEROLL, and Cloud gets a somewhat happy ending in the credits with [Leon standing in the same room] Aeris/th, ( OMG KHII you are SO LAME for denying me of my HAPPY CLOUD ENDING *finger* ), and because you can fight gayer!Sephiroth with his Lance Bass voice actor as many times are you want

Yes yes yes on all the KH II stuff. I also liked the fighting system, though the magic sucked. I liked the MP system from 1 better, though I guess then you couldn't have Berserk Charge...But Fire was kind of lame. I liked being able to shoot it better.
OMG DODGEROLL. Why did they ever get rid of it. ;_; And yes, what was with the Cloud ending in KH II? Basically Aerith sitting there being all "....I'm waiting...come back...hello..." Geez. >.> No closure? (and no Tifa? D; ) And we're not gonna GET any, because I doubt the HB kids are in the next game...
...Sephiroth in KH 1...I only ever got to level 56 (because I was stupid and picked all the wrong answers at the beginning of the game) and walked in there...and got my ass handed to me in under two seconds. XD Never went back. I should, though. In fact, I should replay the first game this summer.
XDD And I never got to think of the Hades Cup battle that way, since I wasn't a fan of the pairing at the time...*pulls out her copy of KH 1 and loads it*
Though...Leon and Cloud fight together in one of the Tournaments in II, don't they? One of the Paradox Cups? I haven't levelled up my summons enough to get it, but I will...

KHII!Magic sucks buttttttt. I hate the charge system. Though, I guess KHI's magic system made you nearly invincible after 2 MP rages, so they had to change it >___> (Fighting Sephiroth, every time he hit me, it would restore my MP enough to curaga like, 5 times XDD)
And yeah, KHI's ending for HB was x99999 better than KHII's. :/ I hate Nomura so much sometimes.
Wrong answers? You mean leveling up "slowly?" Because actually, if you start off at night, you level slow until lv40 and after you level up really fast! But if you started off during the day, then you level up fast until 40, and then it takes ages to level up after that @____@
KHI Sephiroth, you just have to be on a good level with a lot of HP (gaia bangles are good for this <3 ), and stay locked on to him ALWAYS so you can dodgeroll out of his way when he teleports and crap. Well, easier said than done, but if it helps I was on lv 76 when I beat him, and my friend was on lv 84 >___> ) And it's a lot easier to do a soft reset (select+start+l1+r1+r2+l2) in KHI so you don't waste elixers. KHII LACKS THIS AWESOME FEATURE.
I love the LeonxCloud fight in KHI so much. Before school started, I used to fight them, and Sephiroth over and over and over... They fight together in Hades Paradox cup Round 40, I think? I haven't been able to beat the cup yet @___@ One of the requirements to open up the cup is to defeat Sephiroth, and the Tifa+Yuffie+Leon+Cloud orgy is definitely the hardest fight in the entire game. Omg.

I dunno, I feel like I just leveled up agonizingly slowly the entire time (I started at night) but maybe that was just because...I sucked. XD I'm a terrible gamer. Hopefully I'll be better with the controls this time around. I'm gonna start a new game soon.
I am excited to fight KH1 Sephiroth now. ;D And I remember being invincible...I loved MP Rage..haha, but I can see why that had to change that. Nomura seems to like making things hard for people. XD (Damn himmm. But what would we do without him.)
I have yet to open the hades Paradox Cup...still leveling my Summons...grar. They're so useless. Amusing, but useless. (except for points in tournaments. >.>
