en la tecnología es una red que oculta la identidad de un usuario, esta relacionado a eso y el nombre que le dan a slender que es operador, pero los proxy en el creepypasta son aliados de este ente, que están bajo su influencia y control haciendo todo lo ordenado por slender, se dice que los proxy hacen el trabajo físico de slenderman como la creación y manipulación de objetos, destruir y dejar evidencia, la creación de videos y de responder en Twitter, e influir en las víctimas, según sea necesario. no necesariamente puedes llegar a ser un proxy por estas cosas, puedes llegar a serlo gracias a al adoración y creencia de este ente, ya muchos somos proxy XD
