Kamon was more than a little reluctant to return to Soloros after the Expeditions spectacular failure, but here we are. It may be their only chance to escape the underground, so she goes along with Elentiya and Atticus, trailed by their entire family (sickly granddaughter included). Fear sets in halfway there, as the ley fawns begin to gather - she almost turned back, but the chance to apologize, and perhaps help save more lives, wins her over.

But with the twin gods transforming people, creating armies, she still fears what Therras might do to stop them.
