Description
I may have actually showed this off somewhere before, but I can't remember... I composed it back in... what?! December of 2010?! That's way longer ago than I thought! Sort of terrifying how quickly that time has passed with so little productivity, or how dodgy my memory is!
This was composed for some album thing of non-game music that I naively wanted to make back then. It was composed as a piano solo, but for some reason this 'recording' of it uses a harp.
I wanted to give all the music on that album these pretentious, fantastical names, which is why this one's called what it is!
It's probably not very interesting to anyone, but I just rediscovered it after having forgotten all about it, and thought it'd be nice to have it in my gallery here for the sake of future reminiscence or something.

I don't know how I've missed these. These are beautiful. I'm curious if these were made with a computer? or recorded with actual instruments? I could listen to these on a loop, they have a sort of enchanted feeling.

I am glad you like my music! Unfortunately, it's just made with a computer, because I don't have the skill to play any instrument this well, and I don't know anyone else who could either!

It's not unfortunate. I'm shocked that those noises were made with a computer, so real to an instrument. it's pretty amazing. I've loved music and played violin since 6th grade. I'm no master at it or anything, but I've always been intrigued by conductors, because they can pull an unheard tune from their mind. if I tried to conduct I would end up pulling tune's I've heard before by accident haha.

Why do you say pretentious? This is beautiful, and I think the title is fitting.

I think this sounds beautiful. It's something I believe would make a fantastic background track for just about anything peaceful or elegant. Just leaving an extra tab open with this playing is surprisingly relaxing while I surf the web; I imagine it would give the right game a great feel.

The more I listen to it, the more I like it. Even though it was intended for a piano solo, the harp solo is not bad either. It is soothing or something, maybe. If anything, I'd love to hear this in any future game you make, if you come around doing one more game. I'm not sure if you will, or anything.
The song itself makes me think about snow covered landscapes, or the likes in the appropriate weather: snowing. No wind, or very little wind, just snow falling gently to the ground, joining the rest already lying there.
I'd say you've done well with this piece of music.
