Description I still compose music!! Though it's been months since I last did so... I have to do it again now though - I ABSOLUTELY MUST - because I'm making this game thing that I've been talking about (but which one, Pesduo?!? You keep changing all the time!!!), and I've got to the stage now where it needs to sound like something, and that something is this something. Even though I probably still haven't decided for certain on the game's name! Tsk!

Since it's going to be a fairly light-hearted map-editor-oriented game thing with silly stylised characters and a generic 'quests' sort of theme, that's what I wanted to do with this. Hopefully it won't bleed your ears off or anything!

Oh, and there's no preloader or anything, so it might take a few seconds to show up.

I like this a lot, I feel like it's simple, and yet "complex" enough that I don't mind hearing it on repeat! Β awesome job!Β

This gives me a 'Spice and Wolf' vibe. It's good for old-fashioney traveling times. Or maybe when I first enter a new town in the medieval ages. I can imagine people bustling around me, as I leisurely walk from street to street.

... it would probably help if I turned my speakers on, haaaa~ *silly*

I really like how this sounds, it's upbeat and adventure-y without being too driving. Makes me want to get out there and go just for the sake of going, not because there's any immediate peril. I love how the different instruments blend together without overpowering one another. A very nice peice

If you don't mind, may I ask what program you used to make music? I've found and tried several ones but they seemed a bit too difficult to use :S

I use a program called Sibelius, which has a score/sheet music sort of way of entering notes. It's good for me because I've always preferred Classical styles of music. Other programs I've seen seem to have loads of fiddly knobs and dials everywhere, and seem more suited for making modern electronic sorts of music or something, where altering the sound itself is important...

Sibelius isn't free, but there's a similar one called Finale, which is. They're both useless unless you can read sheet music, though.

Is Finale really free? I've checked the website, and looks like it's not. There's even a banner that says that if you already have Sibelius, you can own Finale too, for 'just' $99

From what I can remember, there's a thing called 'Finale Notepad' (or something), which is a watered-down, free version of Finale... but I'm not surprised to hear that there is a not-free better version. I don't really know much about it though; I just see it mentioned as a free alternative to Sibelius sometimes.

Do you offer the sound tracks of your games as downloads, because this is great.
